The shop will be open for a limited time only. My recent studies are still life paintings based on confetti and are the beginnings of future larger works. It is quite exciting to be experimenting with the paint and my continued concepts surrounding women's issues, mental health and the pursuit of joy in this way. I'm loving the loose, luscious movement of the paint across the surface with this paintings.
This work is offered as a part of the international artist support pledge. ARTIST SUPPORT PLEDGE is a generous culture and dynamic economy in support of artists and makers. The concept is a simple one, artists from around the world share their work to sell for $200 each (not including shipping). Anyone can then purchase the work. Every time the artist reaches $1000 of sales the artist pledges to buy another artist's work for $200.
